The Unique Word you must enter is something about you that very few people know.  This is an extremely important piece of information for you to retain because if you forget your password you will be able to create a new one using your User ID and your Unique Word.  An example of a Unique Word would be your mother's maiden name, your dog's favorite toy, etc.
